Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NotchShelf ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

NotchShelf grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Subscriptions

NotchShelf offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock all features. By subscribing:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change with notice.

4. Free Trial

NotchShelf may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. The trial is provided through Apple's App Store as an introductory offer. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. We cannot process refunds directly.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of NotchShelf and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

7. User Content

NotchShelf processes your files, clipboard data, and other content entirely on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your content. You retain all rights to your data.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls.
• Redistribute or sublicense the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NotchShelf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NotchShelf from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Apple's Standard EULA

These Terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of a conflict, Apple's EULA takes precedence.
